Yes! I will not be simultaneously Zooming the in person sessions for quality reasons but you will have access to the recordings in your library within 24 hours. You also will be able to ask any questions about any session in your SLACK channel if you have to miss an in person session for any reason or if you purchased the Gold Goddess and have the virtual only option.

No but as with anything, you will get out of this what you put into it so it is strongly encouraged that you attend all live sessions.

Yes, but the doors are open to women who have been in previous programs or have worked with me 1:1 so they will be vetted. There is a cap at 12 participants so if you did not choose “Emerald Empress” and you would like to attend, be sure to book your spot ASAP. This is a $295 add on to the “Gold Goddess” ticket.

Yes! 1:1 sessions during the program would look like 60 - 90 min sessions to help you integrate the modules and work specifically on your pelvic bowl embodiment needs and desires. *I do not perform internal work* The Emerald Empress option includes 1 complimentary Deep Dive session (a $295 value!) and you also get 15% off sessions with me for up to 1 year. You can still work with me if you choose the Gold Goddess but at full price. ($295-$225/session)

The SLACK app is a private messaging and co-working app that allows for text and voice note communication in between and during sessions. I will be available for group discussions and questions daily: Sat-Tue (off Sun & Mon) *more about messaging will be in your onboarding document* You will have access to the private group chat and each other forever! However, after the 12 weeks are up during our time together, I will no longer be facilitating it.

We will be discussing topics like sexual assault, religion, and masturbation. These can all be triggering topics. And while it is expected (and encouraged) for emotions to come up, if you feel like you would not be comfortable discussing these topics without being re-traumatized, I would suggest speaking with your therapist to determine if you are ready for a group setting. It is also important to note that this is NOT group therapy and while there will be mental health counselors available as resources, they will not be leading discussions or offering sessions in real time. Please accurately and honestly assess your ability to participate in the group so that everyone can feel as safe and supported as possible.
Hi, I’m Jess
Sensual & Sovereign was midwifed through my own healing journey from the trauma, shame and disconnection my body experienced from multiple sexual assaults in my late twenties & early thirties. I felt dirty and shameful and the abuse led to more self destructive behaviors.
Excessive alcohol, illicit drugs, and promiscuous sex were a regular occurance.
I hated myself every time I “slipped up” so I would numb the pain by doing more of the same. I was spiraling.
In hindsight, I now know I was doing what some survivors of traumatic experiences will do in an attempt to provide a sense of control no matter how illusory. I was sensation seeking in an attempt to fill the void of nothingness. To feel anything but the shame and separation.
It wasn’t until my life-changing sabbatical at the Esalen Institute and discovering the book Wild Feminine, that I was able to reconnect with my body, spirit, and self-worth with sensual practices like yoga, dance, hands on therapies, and most surprisingly to me at the time: bathing nude in the warm mineral springs.
The last thing I thought that would connect me to my sacredness and wholeness was my naked body. It was my nakedness and sexuality that had gotten me into so much trouble before.
Or so I believed....
It was paradoxically in the reclaiming of these sensual activities for myself that I was able to begin the healing process of coming home to my feminine wholeness.
This was the beginning of my journey back home to my body, my sacred sensuality, and sexuality. Back home to my sovereignty. And it’s a journey that I know I am not alone on.
Since my return from Esalen in 2016, I've been on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, offering various forms of women's studies with an undertone of sensuality. However, I've hesitated to fully embrace sensuality as the focal point, fearing offense or vulnerability. What I've come to realize is that the more I share my past and openly discuss sensuality, the more women resonate with my message and express a desire for deeper exploration.
Therefore, I'm stepping boldly into the light, no longer hiding behind vague event names like "Sacred Center" or "Self-Care Sunday." Instead, I am proudly declaring my intention: Sensual & Sovereign.
This is a space where women can embrace their sensuality and reclaim their sovereignty without hesitation or apology. Sensual & Sovereign is an immersive and impactful experience inspired by my own lived experience and years of offering practices to women to reconnect to their sensual and feminine nature since 2016.
It’s like being given the keys back to your body – for the longest time, the keys were just in different room.
