So you want to explore your sensual and sovereign side?

Thank you for taking your time to complete the following application. Please find a comfortable and quiet space where you can fully drop into your body and heart to feel if this program is an aligned fit for you at this time.

The Sensual & Sovereign 1:1 program is a three month container for you to release the shame about your body and past, embody your femininity, and reclaim your sacred sexuality as a sensual & sovereign woman.

This is a collaborative program meaning the more you put in to it, the more you will get out of it.

I expect you to come with an open mind and willing heart to navigate some potentially challenging or triggering topics.

Those topics include sexual assault, masturbation, & religion to name a few, but as this is where the deepest woundings come from, we must shine a light on the shame/hurt/dark to remove its power and grip over us.

As you prepare to join this 1:1 container, I want to take this time to remind you that you are responsible for your mental and emotional health along the way.

I have several therapists on hand for support and guidance but I must make it clear that this program may not be suitable for the woman who is actively working through a traumatic experience as some topics may be triggering for you.

To ensure that this is the right time for you and that we are the right fit for each-other, please fill out the following application and I will call you within 48 hours to schedule a deeper conversation to review your answers and guide you appropriately to the best fit for both of us.
